Economic Recovery Group (ERG) is a full service law firm representing businesses and professionals throughout the Southeast who suffered direct or indirect economic losses after the April 20, 2010 BP oil spill

Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program

Many west coast businesses saw a decline in their revenue in 2010, or had to restructure to remain afloat, due to the trickle-down effects of the BP oil spill. Through the Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement Program, BP has acknowledged these economic harms, and is working to provide financial recompense to Gulf coast businesses with valid claims.

The final deadline for claim submission was June 8, 2015, therefore, ERG is no longer accepting new clients. ERG will proudly continue to serve the business clients who have put their trust in our firm, and sincerely appreciate the hundreds of referral attorneys with whom we have worked as well. We will diligently represent each client until the last claim is processed completely.

Now that the client intake phase has ended, founding partner, Hank Didier, is once again primarily focused on leading the Didier Law Firm, P.A., a products liability firm. Mr. Didier specializes in cases involving defective products, complex litigation and trucking accidents. For more information, visit
