Economic Recovery Group (ERG) was a full-service law firm that represented businesses and professionals who suffered direct or indirect economic losses after April 20, 2010, BP Oil Spill
The Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program
Many west coast businesses saw a decline in their revenue in 2010 due to the trickle-down effects of the BP oil spill. ERG law firm was created to provide professional representation, quality service, and absolute confidentiality to its trusted clientele. To do that, the law firm brought together a team of attorneys, financial analysts and certified public accountants to meet the detailed and complex requirements of the Settlement Program.
At the end of it all, ERG successfully represented businesses throughout the Gulf coast and across many market segments including construction-related businesses, retail stores, auto dealerships, physicians and real estate offices, restaurants, charities, and many others.
As the Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program has now concluded, ERG has naturally transitioned to close its operations as a specialty services law firm. Nonetheless, the ERG team remains proud of the high-quality service we provided our clients after this environmental disaster.
